Calm Path Health Navigation provides education, guidance, and support to help individuals and families understand health information, care options, and next steps. My role is to help you feel organized, informed, and confident as you navigate the healthcare system.

 No. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care. My services are non-clinical and focused on education, organization, and support. I help you understand information provided by your healthcare team and prepare informed questions for them.


 Doctors and Nurse Practitioners provide medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Our role is to complement that care by helping you make sense of information, organize next steps, and navigate the system between appointments.

You do not need a referral to access my services.


 Yes. Many families seek support even when medical care is excellent. Calm Path Health Navigation helps bridge gaps between appointments by supporting understanding, coordination, and confidence.


 No. we do not provide hands-on nursing care, personal support work, or medical treatments. Services are provided virtually or by phone and focus on education and guidance.


  Services are offered through:

  • Virtual video appointments
  • Phone consultations
  • Follow-up summaries and resources (when applicable)

This allows flexibility and access across Ontario.


 Sessions typically range from 60–90 minutes, depending on the service package selected. Follow-up support options are available.


Yes. we welcome referrals from healthcare providers, community organizations, and assisted living settings. My services are designed to complement, not replace existing care.


 Yes. All personal health information is handled confidentially and in accordance with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Information is only shared with consent or as required by law.


Calm Path Health Navigation services are private-pay and not covered by OHIP. Some extended health plans or wellness spending accounts may offer partial reimbursement; clients are encouraged to check with their insurer.


If you are unsure of the service, you require you can begin by completing the client registration form and requesting a call to discuss your needs. This allows us to determine whether our services are the right fit for your needs.


 If you are feeling overwhelmed, unsure what questions to ask, or stuck between options, Calm Path Health Navigation may be helpful. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from support.
